Facilities:
We offer 2 rooms, and a private guest lounge.
Beds available - 1 Double, 1 Queen, and 1 Futon
Bathroom facilities are either shared - or private.
We offer a nourishing Full Breakfast, served in our country style kitchen,
or on the porch in warm weather.

Prices based on double occupancy per night

Additional person - $25.00 extra per night
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate children under 10 years of age. (Please

We do not charge GST or Hotel Tax on our rooms

Policy:
• There is no smoking allowed inside our b&b, however you
can smoke on the porch outside.
• No pets please.
• We are open year round. High season is from
May 1st - to October 15th, Low season October 16th to April 30th. Please
contact us for low season rates.
• The *Private Suite, is based on double occupancy. The Mocha
Room together with the sitting room,and the bathroom which is stocked
with everything you need to pamper yourself in either the soaker tub
or have a rain shower.
• For 2 couples travelling together, two bedrooms, shared bathroom,
with bathrobes provided, fine linens and fluffy towels.
• For a family of four, we offer both bedrooms and a sitting room
with a futon (double bed) and all the comforts of home.
• For a nominal charge we have a bar fridge stocked with pop,
juice, mineral water, as well as a snack basket filled with all kinds
off goodies.
• The wrap around porch on a hot summers afternoon or evening,
surrounded by beautiful mountains, is a wonderful place to relax.
• Enjoy a delicious dinner at one off our many restaurants, many
within walking distance from our home.
All the above includes afternoon tea, coffee and snacks and in the morning a full breakfast. We are here to make you feel welcome and at home as possible.

Check in/out policy:
• Check in time is 4:00 pm, and check out time is 11:00 am.(late
arrivals please phone and let us know)
Cancellation Policy:
• 4 day cancellation.
