Facilities:
Our guest area consists of two tastefully decorated air conditioned rooms.
The Mocha room with a queen bed, and the Blue room with a double bed.
Both rooms have the finest linens with antique furniture and cable T.V.
There is a private lounge area and the large bathroom is stocked with toiletries, blow drier and fluffy towels. Bathrobes are provided in both rooms.
A bar fridge is in the guest area stocked with soft drinks, juices and mineral water.

Accomodations:
1. The guest area as a private suite with the Mocha room and queen bed
2. A family suite which includes the Mocha and the Blue rooms.
3. The family suite for couples who are traveling together, and who don't mind sharing a bathroom.
4. A delicious and nourishing breakfast will be served and includes juice, fresh fruit or yogurt, and your choice of eggs with toast and jams, waffles or french toast.
The above is served with fresh brewed coffee and a variety of teas.
5. Wireless Internet Connection available for laptops.

Prices based on double occupancy per night
We supply a playpen for very small children in parent's room.
Please call for children under ten years of age
We do not charge taxes on our rooms
After check in, tea or coffee will be served on the large covered porch

Policy:
- We are open year round. High season is from May 1st to October 15th. Low season October 16th to April 30th. Please contact us for low season rates.
- No pets please
- No Smoking
- We are within walking distance to downtown, with its many restaurants and coffee shops

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Travellers Cheques

Check in/out policy:
• Check in time is 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. (If you are going to arrive later than 6:00 pm. we would appreciate a phone call). Check out time is 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy:
• 4 day cancellation. Full Refund with 4 days written E-mail notice, or by phone. The room is not officially cancelled unless you have a confirmation number from us. If you do not cancel within the 4 days you will be charged the room rate for one night.
